After a pretty bad experience at fitness forever I found a true home here at the club.. All the trainers are helpful and friendly and the facility is top notch.. Extra points for the swimming pool...
As my vacation rental did not have Gym I opted for this and I am glad I did it. They gave me discount after asking my hotel. This is a no frills place, so bring your own towel etc. The machines are old but well maintained. I could find all needed stuff for push, pull and free weights. Staff is nice, welcoming and helping. This place is near to Palani Rd and near to Kona downtown.
Love the people who work here. This gym has everything you could possibly want or need to get a solid workout in and so many options for day/week/month passes as well as punch cards. If I lived in Kona I’d be a member here. Thanks for the great week!
Kona’s best place currently to get a good workout. They have the best facilities with steam room, sauna, hot tub, and pool. Great helpful friendly staff....good trainers... Go check them out...aloha

I was terrified when I joined The Club 6 months ago- “I don’t feel like I belong here,” I remember telling Roxie that first day. But I was sick of feeling fat, tired and moody, so I went all in- classes, semi privates and nutritional accountability every day. It was the BEST decision I’ve ever made for my health- with a team of professional trainers who REALLY cared (and would hold me accountable), I finally made changes that I know will stay with me for life. Now, I LOVE my body…we finally have a relationship with each other now. And best of all, I love myself more and consequently have more to give to those I love as well!Joy W.

I have worked out at many gyms and this gym became my favorite. The employees are nice so as the rest of the people in the gym. It might be a little pricey compared to the other gyms but it’s worth it. It’s only been 2 months and I have seen major changes in my body. Thank you.Mikhail P.
Lost over 100 lbs, was able to get off all meds related to high blood pressure/high cholesterol. Originally joined because co-workers gave him a gift certificate because they were so concerned about his health. When Paul first came in he did not want to join & asked to return the gift certificate and the girl at the front desk gave him a hard time and so he joined and has phenomenal results, good health and consistently comes to the gym now for 14 years.Paul E.
I started working with Mylene twice a week. Although I did the Ironman in 2013 and continued to S/B/R, I had always “neglected” my core and most strength training. At our first session, I think I was able to do about FOUR push-ups!! Mylene has been able to really steer me in the right direction. Not only have we focused on core strength but she identified my (many) “deficiencies” (balance, flexibility, coordination, explosive strength, etc., etc.) and she has continually challenged me and motivated me to improve.
I told Mylene, today, (and have regularly told her) that the two hours/week that I spend with her are my favorite 2 hours of the entire week and what I look forward to doing more than just about anything. It is something that I am doing 100% “for me” and with my insanely busy schedule, something I always make time for.
I feel “better and stronger” than I ever have in my entire life and feel that I am probably in better shape. Even though I had “known” about things like box jumps and had always “intended” on doing cycling specific workouts like squats, it has only been under Mylene’s guidance that I have finally started doing those things.
I know that personal training is expensive, but for me, it has been one of the best investments I have ever made.Norm G.
Being a member of The Club has impacted my life positively for many years. During my working years I enjoyed taking classes to help relieve stress. Upon retirement I have been able to take advantage of many more classes taught by skilled and talented instructors and have always appreciated being greeted so cheerfully by the support staff. Working out at The Club has definitely helped me become stronger physically and socially. No longer am I “the shrinking violet” I was 25 years ago. Due to the friendly atmosphere of this place I have met many wonderful, supportive people and motivated by very dedicated instructors. When I was seriously ill and could not attend classes for awhile I was pleasantly surprised by the caring concern of many of the members and especially by Marlina.
