When the Kona sun shines and the humidity kicks up, your body works harder, especially during workouts. That’s why fueling properly in the summer is more important than ever. Whether lifting weights, paddling out, or just powering through your day, what you put in your body affects how you feel, move, and recover.

- Maintain energy levels

- Keep you hydrated
- Boost your mood and immunity
And lucky for us, Kona is full of delicious, locally sourced ingredients that are perfect for a fit summer lifestyle.
