Pre-register online for all classes on the schedule below or by using our new app!

To register via web: First select your desired class on the schedule below. You will then be asked to enter your member email and password in order to complete the registration. Then you’ll be able to view the schedule, register for classes, and more!

To register via app: Download the GymMaster app on your phone from the Google Play Store for Android or the iOS App Store for Apple.

If you don’t know your login details, use the email address associated with your membership to reset your password here.

Class Descriptions

Bodycombat

A fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi & Muay Thai. (60 min)

Bodyflow

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that comprises a series of simple yoga moves and embraces elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. (60 min)

Bodypump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body in a 60-minute workout challenging all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. (60 min)

Grit

High intensity interval training at it’s best!! (HIIT) is one of the hottest fitness trends on the planet – it’s the fastest way to get fit and in shape. Short, sharp bursts of effort allow you to reach maximum training zones and that’s the secret to athletic performance. (30 min)

Cxworx

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. (30 min)

Aqua Aerobics

Aerobics in the pool using a variety of exercises & equipment.

Barre

Experience the hottest new full body workout. A true ballet barre program! Toning exercises inspired by ballet moves.

Sh’Bam

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone—no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower—even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! (45 min class)

Zumba

Cardio dance interval training where various rhythms and resistance training combine to tone and sculpt while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®!

Yoga

Get in touch w/ your body & breath through simple and basic postures during Gentle Yoga or challenge yourself more with Vinyasa Yoga’s continuous flow of movements.

Bend & Breathe

Meld movement with breath for the ultimate mind-body practice. These slow motion flows will challenge your balance and flexibility as you unmask new levels of strength, grace, and awareness. By the end of class you will feel sweetness everywhere and your body will be humming.

Lomi Stretch

For all the major muscle groups; relaxing!

Buddhi

An energetic fusion of pulsing yoga poses combined with torso and hip rotations, body movements, and body weight exercises fused with explosive music that allows the mind, body and spirit to come alive. Move in rhythms that physically strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles while burning calories… you will find that expressing yourself creatively comes easily and your true wild side will emerge. This class is moved by music, lite instructor cues and low lighting. (Modifications for most fitness levels)

tone

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE class and you’ll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.

BodyJam

Choreographed by Gandalf Archer-Mills in Auckland, New Zealand, BODYJAM™ is the ultimate combination of music and dance. (60 min)

RPM

Cycle Studio
Discover the athlete within. Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high with this indoor cycling workout, riding to the rhythm of powerful music, taking on the terrain of hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials & interval training. (45 min)
