Class Descriptions

Bodycombat

A fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi & Muay Thai. (60 min)

Bodyflow

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that comprises a series of simple yoga moves and embraces elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. (60 min)

Bodypump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body in a 60-minute workout challenging all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. (60 min)

Grit

High intensity interval training at it’s best!! (HIIT) is one of the hottest fitness trends on the planet – it’s the fastest way to get fit and in shape. Short, sharp bursts of effort allow you to reach maximum training zones and that’s the secret to athletic performance. (30 min)

Cxworx

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. (30 min)

RPM

Discover the athlete within. Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high with this indoor cycling workout, riding to the rhythm of powerful music, taking on the terrain of hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials & interval training. (45 min)

Sprint

Sprint is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.

Sh’Bam

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone—no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower—even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! (45 min class)

tone

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE class and you’ll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.

Lomi Stretch

For all the major muscle groups; relaxing!

Zumba

Cardio dance interval training where various rhythms and resistance training combine to tone and sculpt while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®!

Aqua Aerobics

Aerobics in the pool using a variety of exercises & equipment.

Yoga

Get in touch w/ your body & breath through simple and basic postures during Gentle Yoga or challenge yourself more with Vinyasa Yoga’s continuous flow of movements.

Bend & Breathe

Meld movement with breath for the ultimate mind-body practice. These slow motion flows will challenge your balance and flexibility as you unmask new levels of strength, grace, and awareness. By the end of class you will feel sweetness everywhere and your body will be humming.

Wild & Free

When you want a yoga practice that feels like a dance party, hit up Wild & Free yoga! This mixed-level flow class set to hip music will definitely move you, allowing you to embrace your natural self through playful and energizing sequences. Sweat, flow, and let go!

ACTION

Designed to enhance functional strength,  increase body awareness, intensify proprioceptive capabilities and improve overall quality of life. This is achieved by programming which adapts to the group’s physical capabilities and steadily progresses with the clients as those capabilities are strengthened.

Boxing FX

Combination training mixed with fast pace cardio. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and the elite     athlete alike. Learn technique, build stamina, improve coordination and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

BUILT

A multi level strength class for  anyone interested in building muscle tone, improving strength and developing  definition. Lifting weights not only increases lean muscle mass, but improves flexibility, and posture. Weight training that causes serious results and strong bodies.

CSI

Heart rate monitored, high intensity interval training that is scientifically  designed to spike metabolism, improve body definition and increase energy! Push your limits and maximize results!

Calisthenics 101

Dynamic movement that focuses on body weight strength and conditioning using influences from Yoga and Gymnastics.

Fit Moves

The most fun you will have getting and staying fit! Join our full body work out, scaled to your individual fitness level.

Tread and Shred

Bored to tears by the steady state cardio? It’s time to mix up your treadmill routine! This class offers a     variety of creative treadmill workouts with a killer core finisher.

Swim Stroke Clinics

Training for a swim race, the Ironman or just want to become a better swimmer? These clinics are designed for swimmers to help improve their stroke techniques and become more efficient in the water.
